KNOB CREEK HARD EARNED FLAVOR SMOKEHOUSE TOUR

We produced a series of pop-ups and managed two footprints, a smaller canvas tent and smokehouse container experience for KNOB CREEK™. With 34 stops across 8 states, we had a presence at Best of Boston, Taste of Atlanta, Pig Island NY, and Farm to Fork Sacramento to name a few of the stops. In addition to advancing each festival stop, we managed production crew travel and structure logistics, booking onsite service staff for each pop-up. We coordinated repairs and maintenance of the smokehouse structure in between stops while maintaining, managing, and reconciling tour finances throughout. As the tour came to an end, we created a pop-up guide creative deck for client, inventoried all assets, and managed the handover of structure and contents for long-term storage.

The smokehouse was designed and produced by creative agency, PREACHER under the coordination of SARAH KERRY and built by KARTWHEEL.

BUMBLE: EMPOWERING CONNECTIONS SXSW

In a third partnership opportunity with PREACHER, we took the lead in planning and producing the Bumble's SXSW 2018 takeover of Fair Market. PREACHER is the creative force behind the design and strategy for Bumble's multi-networking platforms, Bumble Bizz, Bumble Date, and Bumble Bff. And they were the experiential thought behind their SXSW activation this year.

We came along to make real the ideas and to activate this stunning takeover in east Austin, further highlighting Bumble's brand in the city their HQ calls home. We procured and managed production resources that included multiple builders, neon sign makers, carpenters and craftsmen. We impressed our aesthetic sensibilities while curating decor for the multiple lounge and stage areas featured in the space. Programming for event included panels and keynotes by thought leaders and celebrities as well as multiple opportunities for interactive engagement by attendees for each networking platform. The weekend culminated in a surprise concert by Haim closing out the two-day event.

BUMBLE THE GREAT CATCH NYC

Partnering w/award-winning agency, Preacher, RCPH had the privilege of working w/their executive team to manage the experiential branch of the Design, Experiential and Strategy work they produced for Bumble's Photo Verification feature launch. The Great Catch was a food trailer experience that served up fried catfish dishes by, Sam Talbot, celebrity chef and owner of Brooklyn's Pretty Southern. Bumble's campaign to get users Verified AF and eliminate fake profiles was served up on the streets of NYC and Brooklyn during NYFW and spread the word "catfishing" was no longer allowed.

RCPH managed the multiple day, multiple location activation and worked w/Preacher to enforce the permitting and logistics for trailer placements each day and troubleshot the challenges that came with a NYC street event.

To whom it may concern,

November 2011 I was asked to consult on the creative for a New Years Eve event scheduled to take place at Justine’ s brasserie in Austin, Texas. The concept for the event was a highly thematic production that involved transforming the restaurant and surrounding premises into a Russian winter forest. The “Russian winter” theme was carried throughout the event from décor, entertainment, costumed food servers, thematic menu and original guest correspondence /web development. The creative involved Chella facilitating 30,000 pounds of fresh snow to be dropped on the restaurant property, specialized fog machines and hazers, procuring enough pine trees to create a dense forest effect, specialized lighting, staging and props sourcing.

I remained in New York up until a few days prior to the event and communicated ideas to Miss. Chella Cardona who worked with Justine as the Event Producer. Miss. Cardona was also responsible for the restaurant and staffing coordination, sourcing costumes, hair and make-up for the service staff and helping to bring Justine’s vision to life.

In my ten years of producing events, sets and windows for clients such as Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Bette Midler, etc., I have yet to find a producer as thorough and dedicated as Miss. Cardona. My creative requests were not only met they were exceeded and she managed to keep a close eye on the budget creating substantial cost savings.

She has an innate ability to clearly communicate concept and what needs to be accomplished.
Her management and leadership skills are superlative and she would be a highly valued asset to any production. I wish Miss. Cardona lived closer to NYC so I could utilize her incredible skill set and dynamic personality.

With regard,

Mr. Douglas Little
