RCPH teamed up with Heard Entertainment + Peligrosa + Grupo Fantasma for a Day of the Dead dance party weekend. RCPH constructed large scale alters and stage sets with offerings for the deceased. LED lit sugar skulls and other handcrafted props were manufactured in the months leading up to the event. Stop motion animation video footage was developed with our production partner VJ 4th WALL and projected onto to the walls and super-sized screens creating a whimsical macabre atmosphere. Mad Gods designed an exclusive t-shirt to commemorate the night. Guests participated in the procession lead by Los Monas giant street puppets and La Catrina, the icon synonymous with the holiday. The Peligrosa crew helped to create an electric atmosphere for the Friday night party and Moombahton Massive from DC headlined the night. Grammy Award winner, Grupo Fantasma finished out the weekend with their Saturday night pachanga.
